Therapeutic Approach:

Aleksandra practices integrative psychotherapy, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client. She draws on evidence-based approaches to support emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological well-being, while considering social and personal context.

Her work emphasizes the therapeutic relationship, empathy, and respect, helping clients develop new perspectives on themselves and the world, and greater flexibility in solving problems. Clients are active participants in the process, collaborating to explore challenges and achieve meaningful change.

How I work:

In my practice, I integrate tools and techniques from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet the specific needs of each client. Clients are active participants in the therapy process, collaborating to explore challenges and goals.

I select and apply theoretical models in a flexible, integrative way, aiming to inspire hope and provide a corrective emotional experience. Through attention, empathy, and respect, clients are supported in developing new perspectives on themselves and the world, as well as greater spontaneity and flexibility in problem-solving.

Personal:

I love people, animals, and nature, and I enjoy simple things that make life beautiful. I believe in the power of the reparative relationship that can lead to significant change and self-actualization in the individual.
