Yogic Therapy (pay-what-you-can)

About

These sessions intersect psychotherapy and yoga. Designed especially for adults who experience stress, anxiousness, and depression. It is intended to be gentle and supportive to the body, while create agility and peaceful flow within the body, breath and mind. The groups are kept small (only 2 people) to create safety and focus.

One thought is that anxiety is connected to your relationship with the future and depression is your relationship with past. The intention set by this practice is to bring you back to the present.
