Welcome to your Creative Connection Hub.
You are invited to join other adults wanting a fun, friendly and creative way to connect. This is an intentionally welcoming space to be social. Through creative activities, the hope is that participants leave with a greater sense of community and connection.
Though the hub is facilitated by mental health professionals, the intention is creative connection rather than psychotherapeutic. This is not intended to be therapy. However, the CDC has reported that social connection with others can help improve the ability to recover from stress, anxiety, and depression as well as promote physical health, improve sleep, well-being, and quality of life.
When: The Hub is open every other Wednesday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Where: Therapy Cooperative - Suðurlandsbraut 32, 108 Reykjavik - Iceland
Who: Adults 18 years of age and older. Limited to a maximum of 10 people.

This group is pay-what-you can. The suggested donation is 2000 kr. per meeting to cover supplies and facilitator’s time. Cash only.
NOTE: You do not need to be an “artist” to attend. You may be invited to share your creative project. However, you are not required to share your art with anyone. This is for you.
