Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, you must give at least 25-hours advance notice of cancellation. A 9.000 kr. cancelation fee will be applied to all cancelations that are made less than 25 hours of the session time. Cancelations made after the start time of session will be responsible for the full price of session. All cancelation requests need to be emailed. Verbal requests are your responsibility to follow up with. It is considered a "no-show" if no communication is made 15 minutes into your scheduled time and the session is automatically cancelled.
