Collaborative Language is a Constructivist Model created by Anderson and Goolishan. Challenges arise a person's reality is influenced by societal norms and maintained through dialogue made by people who wish to talk about the problem.

The change process occurs when, through therapeutic conversation, the problem dissolves for a new story with new meaning. In turn, the problem-determined system dissolves. "We can agree not to tell these stories."
