If we label someone as "co-dependent" are we having the correct conversation? If we are biologically meant to bond with each other, how is labeling someone as "co-dependent" serving us? How can we adjust the conversation to normalize effective connection?  

Is "co-dependent" an outdated term for pursuer/distancer relationship?
